We are committed to protecting the environment. Our environmental management system is ISO 14001 certified, and in our local transport services we use renewable Neste My diesel. Most of our fleet is equipped with modern, low-emission Euro 5 and Euro 6 engines, ensuring cleaner travel with a smaller carbon footprint.
Our professional drivers receive continuous training and follow up-to-date driver guidelines. Safety and reliability are our top priorities: our buses are regularly renewed, carefully maintained, and always inspected on time.
Härmän Liikenne is also registered with the Finnish Consumer and Competition Authority as an official travel organizer and has provided the required guarantee (Registration number 3081/00/Mj).

Sustainable Travel Finland – Our Commitment Recognized
On September 10, 2021, Härmän Liikenne proudly became the first tourism company in South Ostrobothnia to be awarded the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label. This recognition highlights the valuable and long-term work we have carried out to promote sustainable travel.
The STF program, developed and managed by Visit Finland, guides Finnish tourism companies in adopting sustainable and responsible practices. Only companies that meet the strict criteria are granted the STF label, and their operations are regularly reviewed to ensure continuous improvement.

The Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Using Subcontractors (22.12.2006/1233) — commonly referred to as the “Contractor Liability Act” — requires the client to ensure that Härmän Liikenne Oy meets all its statutory obligations as a contracting party and employer.
The law aims to combat the grey economy and promotes fair competition between companies while ensuring compliance with employment standards.
